Description
The set:
Take a trip back in time with the SUPERPi CASE. Inspired by Super Nintendo Entertainment System the case looks astonishing. The case itself is driven by the single-board computer Raspberry Pi. Thanks to the RetroPie software *, that we preinstall on the devices, you get to choose among different emulators to run your favorite games. Since everything is set up and ready the only thing for you to do is to connect the console with an HDMI cable to the TV and start playing.
Note: We do not provide any games and it is your responsibility to find and install games.
* The RetroPie software is open-source and can be found on https://retropie.org.uk/download/. We do install and set up the software free of charge, however, if you would like to set it up by yourself, we also offer the set without any software.
The case:
To really own the look and feel of the SNES, the case is designed for storing your SD cards in the appearance of a game cartridge to give it the holistic look when put on top of the SuperPi Case. Moreover, the case has an active POWER button and RESET button, which makes the console a bit more flexible and easy to operate. To contribute to the flexibility the case is also offering all needed output/input slots needed thanks to its integrated motherboard. To keep things cool the case is coming with a cooling fan and heatsinks.
The controllers:
The controllers in this set are inspired by the controllers of the SNES (Super Nintendo Entertainment System). They support XINPUT and DINPUT mode, turbo functions, and it is equipped with a 1.8m cable. Moreover, the controllers are completely plugged and play and they are compatible with Raspberry Pi, Windows, and Switch.
