Payment options
On this website we offer the following payment methods:
- iDEAL
- Pay afterwards via Klarna: Pay later within 14 days after receipt of item
- Credit card: the amount is reserved and only debited after the item has been shipped
- Gift voucher/card
Paying afterwards is usually possible
Klarna: Pay later may not be available due to these factors:
- Amount too high
- Delivery to a collection point
- Outstanding invoices and/or transferred to the collection agency
- Previously placed orders that are not paid
Notes:
- You can’t pay afterwards with a gift card
- Paying outstanding invoices with credit card – then the amount will only be debited after delivery of the item.
Problem with payment?
Some tips:
- Please try again later, it may be a temporary glitch at your bank or credit card company.
- Pay with another payment method if possible
- Pay with another browser or device
Failed orders
Do you receive a message that the order or payment has failed, but money has been debited? Then we will pay you back. How quickly you receive the money depends on the reason and your payment method.
Technical failure
- iDEAL or afterwards: within 3 working days
- Credit card: the reservation will be canceled within 1 working day
- Gift voucher/card: contact the sales team to get accurate response about the problem
