The console works with all of the screens that have an HDMI port as input. All of the modern screens, televisions are support HDMI connections. The console can be used on every resolution, supporting 4K screens as well.
Xbox 360, PS3, PS4, 8Bitdo, Retroflag and a lot of other controllers. There is also a possibility to connect your controller using Bluetooth.
We offer a 2 years warranty on all of our products. If a product is malfunctioning you can return it to us and we will handle your request as soon as possible. More information can be found on our Warranty & Complaints page.
All of our set are completely plug and play. They come with all of the required components to set you up for the greatest retrogaming experience. You only have to connect the console to the TV and the power.
We accept major Credit/Debit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, etc. We also offer local payment solutions such as iDeal and global PayPal. All of the payments are handled by our payment partner – Mollie and are handled using end-to-end encryption and are certified with PCI-DSS level 1.

Please try again and if the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can’t make the payment, please contact info@retropyxel.com and notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.
We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.
RetroPyxel ships within 1 business day. The approximated time of product arrival depends on your location. Within The Netherlands, it takes 1-2 business days. The approximate shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document.
Shipping costs are dependent on your location and the products on your order. About countries located in Benelux (Belgium, The Netherlands, and Luxemburg) for orders above 100€ NO shipping cost will take place. Otherwise, our checkout page shows the shipping fee and shipping cost automatically based on your country selection.
